The Tyumen complex of DAMATE increases milk production volumes up to 100 tons per day

The Tyumen Dairy Farms (entering DAMATE Group) increased the production volumes up to 100 tons of milk per day, closely approaching the target figure. After reaching full production capacity, the complex will produce 120 tons of milk per day.

"The production volumes at our complex are sufficient to provide each resident of Tyumen with one glass of milk a day," said Andrei Grigorashenko, General Director of the Tyumen Dairy Farms. "We plan to reach the planned target by the end of 2018. In 2019 the milking herd will fully consist of highly productive livestock Holstein-Friesian breed."

To date, the total number of cattle in the enterprise is 6.9 thousand heads, 3.2 thousand of which are cows. The average daily milk yield per milk cow is 31.5 liters per day. According to this indicator, the complex can compete with the best western farms.

The new complex produces the highest quality milk. According to a previously signed agreement between DAMATE and Danone, all milk produced at the complex is sent to the Yalutorovskiy Dairy Plant

It should be reminded that the opening of the largest dairy complex in Siberia was held in December 2017. The first milk was received in March 2017, and a year later - in February 2018 - the production volumes of the complex amounted to 50 tons of milk per day. The appearance of a large enterprise in the region has provided 322 people with work, the company plans to create 44 additional job places.
