Damate Group has become a strategic partner of the Farmer's School educational project launched by Rosselkhozbank JSC. The project is aimed at supporting the development and promotion of farming in Russia. As part of the partnership, the company will provide sites for practical training in the field of sheep breeding. This format will allow students to personally take part in the agribusiness activities and adopt the advanced experience of Damate.

Practical training will take place in the Stavropol Territory, where Damate continues to implement the mutton production project. On the basis of the project's facilities, training will take place under the professional retraining program "Organization and functioning of peasant farms". The classes will be organized at the feeding area of ​​young sheep, located in Achikulak village, on the technology of sheep breeding by new methods, and teachers will give lectures on genetics and reproduction of small ruminants at the experimental station of the All-Russian Research Institute of Sheep and Goat Breeding (VNIIOK) located near Stavropol.

The training course consists of theoretical and practical parts with a total duration of training up to two calendar months. Students will master advanced farming methods, improve financial and economic literacy, get acquainted with the latest agricultural technologies. Upon graduation, they will receive government-issued documents in the field of agriculture and will be able to start their own business.

The Farmer's School is the first platform in Russia that brings together the capabilities and resources of the Ministry of Agriculture, regions, universities, large businesses and farmers. The project is being implemented simultaneously in four pilot regions: Stavropol Territory, Novosibirsk Region, Republic of Bashkortostan and Moscow Region.
