Duck Production
Damate Group increased duck production by 11% in 2025. The company produced 20,000 tons of duck in slaughter weight. The duck production complex operated at full capacity due to consumer demand, product expansion, and the development of export sales.

By the end of the year, production of all types of products, including whole ducks, semi-finished pieces, and marinated products, increased.

The products are manufactured at Russia's largest duck production complex, located in the Rostov Region. The complex includes breeder flock houses, fattening and rearing houses, a processing plant, and a feed production facility.

Last year, the company expanded its product range under the Ozerka brand, introducing eight new items, most of which were marinated products, popular among consumers for their convenient preparation. New products include duck breast fillet and leg in a spicy marinade, Sicilian-style duck with fragrant orange, Peking duck fillet, roast duck, duck steak, and Halal Tabaka duck. The product line now includes over 100 items.

Today, Rostov duck products are sold in national and local retail chains, retail outlets, and HoReCa channels throughout the country, and are also exported.

Damate began producing duck in 2020. The entire production cycle was quickly restored. The restart has created over 900 jobs in the region.
