Damate Group continues to expand its production of high-value-added products. By the end of 2025, Europe's largest deep-processing turkey plant had produced over 31,000 tons of products, a 21% increase from the previous year. All product lines showed positive growth: sausages, hams, dry-cured delicacies, and Indilight semi-finished products.

All products are made exclusively from turkeys grown in-house and fully preserve the meat's beneficial properties: high protein content, low fat content, a large number of vitamins and minerals, and its unique flavor.

Frankfurters and cooked sausages accounted for more than half of the total production, reaching 16,000 tons. These products are manufactured in modern, high-tech facilities designed to produce 128 tons of finished products per day.

The plant produced approximately 14,000 tons of ham and deli meat from whole turkey muscle, grilled using a unique technology. The products are manufactured in the ham production facility with a daily capacity of 87 tons. It houses Russia's first roasting and slicing line, as well as a unique robotic ham cooking and cooling line.

Damate doubled its production of dry-cured deli meats. This unique line, unique in Russia, enables the production of high-quality deli meats with a wide variety of flavors.

The production of ready-to-eat items, such as meatballs and rolls, mini burgers, ground burgers, cutlets, meatballs, nuggets, and turkey kebabs, has doubled.

The deep turkey processing plant, with a daily capacity of 303 tons, is located in the Penza Region. The company utilizes cutting-edge advanced processing solutions, boasting over 500 pieces of equipment and automated lines from leading global manufacturers. The plant consists of five workshops: ham production, cooked and dry-cured sausage production, and ready-to-cook semi-finished products. One of the plant's key advantages is its robotic product warehouse, whose capacity was expanded in 2025. This is the first fully automated solution for storage, picking, and shipping in the Russian food industry
