Damate topped the ranking of Russia's largest turkey producers for the eighth time

Turkey meat production in Russia in 2025 increased by 3.5% compared to the previous year, reaching almost 453,000 tons in slaughter weight. This increase was the highest in the Russian livestock industry: half the poultry industry average (2.3%). Turkey exports increased by 40% to over 40,000 tons, reaching 30 countries. Turkey meat consumption in Russia in 2025 amounted to 2.9 kg per capita and has the potential to double in the next decade.
The five largest turkey producers accounted for approximately 87% of total production, with the Damate Group remaining the undisputed leader. According to the agency, Damate increased its market share in 2025 from 55% in 2024 to 59% by the end of 2025.
Today, Damate is the number one turkey producer in Russia, the leading turkey producer in Europe, and one of the top five largest producers globally. In the 12 months of 2025, the company produced 268,000 tons of turkey meat in slaughter weight, an 11% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Damate offers a wide range of semi-finished turkey products under the Indilight and Tolko! brands. The product line comprises over 600 items and includes natural and minced semi-finished products, sausages, and meat delicacies. The products are available in national and local retail chains across the country and are exported.
